Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the bustling Gmall on Jose Catolico Sr. Avenue in General Santos City, Mang Inasal offers a vibrant Filipino dining experience that has captured the hearts—and palates—of locals and visitors alike. This popular fast-casual restaurant specializes in Filipino grilled specialties, most notably its signature Inasal, a succulent, marinated grilled chicken bursting with smoky, garlicky, and tangy flavors that dance on your tongue with every bite. Paired effortlessly with their unlimited rice and side dips like the zesty vinegar-based sauces, each meal here promises a comforting, hearty, and satisfying feast.

Stepping inside, the lively atmosphere is immediately palpable. Expect a lively, sometimes bustling space filled with hungry patrons drawn by the enticing smells wafting from the grill. While the buzz of activity reflects the restaurant’s massive popularity—leading to crowds and waiting lines during peak hours—the attentive staff strive to ensure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. As one satisfied customer, Archette, noted, despite the crowd, service remains impressively attentive and efficient.

The interiors of Mang Inasal Gmall branch are thoughtfully maintained, with clean, sturdy tables and comfortable seating arranged to accommodate families and groups. The management’s commitment to accessibility shines through with ramps and considerate facilities for PWD guests, underscoring their genuine care for all diners’ comfort and convenience.

If you’re craving an authentic taste of Filipino comfort food—where the smoky aroma of grilled chicken mingles with the warmth of good company and excellent service—Mang Inasal in General Santos City is a compelling choice. just like all mang inasal. this brunch also taste like what mang inasal is offering BUT during lunch time, the queue tends to get sooo long. then line on the register is long but the waiting to be seated is longer. so i guess if you don't want to wait then you have to avoid this branch. but why do these people (including me) endure the long lines and the long wait? what do you think is the answer 5o this "mystery". is their food different from other branches? i guess you have to find out for yourselves! but on other times. this branch isn't that crowded and has lots of free seats. try it out. and i think they are renovating for some expansion and that means more tables. try the rush hour noon time queue too if you dare

The facilities are in excellent condition, from the tables and chairs to the comfort rooms, showing that the management prioritizes customer comfort and satisfaction. What stood out most to me is their effort to be inclusive and accessible. The restaurant has a ramp for PWD customers, making it easier for people in wheelchairs or those with mobility concerns to enter and enjoy their meal without hassle.

Service Depends on the Location, it differs everytime i visit one. But the food is consistent, nothing so special, pretty basic, pang tanggal gutom lang talaga. Price can be unreasonable but ill give it to the smiling faces of the food crews and unli rice.

One of the best things about Mang Inasal is their unlimited rice, which many customers enjoy because it makes the meal more satisfying and worth the price. They also offer other Filipino dishes such as pork barbecue, halo-halo, and sisig.
